Nestled in southern Brittany, this ground-floor self-contained apartment in a contemporary house offers year-round hospitality, just 15 minutes from Lorient and opposite the island of Groix.
Situated near the small port of Lomener, it provides a 20-minute ferry connection to Groix via Laïta Croisière (from June to September).
Only 50 meters from the GR34 walking trail and Port-Fontaine beach, and 100 meters from an Intermarché, it also benefits from close proximity to the Lorient Football Club (FCL) training centre and the Kerpape functional rehabilitation centre.

This 60 m², single-story, 3* furnished tourist accommodation apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It opens onto a charming, private, enclosed landscaped garden and includes:
- Independent entrance and hallway of 7m²
- A 16m² living room (low sideboard, table and chairs) with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and various appliances)
- An adjoining 10m² living room with a sofa bed for two, a connected Full HD LED TV, and sliding glass doors opening onto the garden and partially covered terrace
- A 13m² bedroom with direct access to the terrace and garden via sliding glass doors, equipped with a large 160x200 bed, a desk unit with a Murphy bed for one person (90x190), and a built-in closet
- A bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, vanity unit, and storage unit
- A separate toilet
- Pantry room with washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron, storage cupboard, and cleaning utensils

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
- 25% deposit is required when booking (Interbank transfer)
- A deposit of up to 300 € is payable in cash on arrival, which will be returned when you leave on the condition the accommodation is left in a clean and satisfactory condition
- Your accommodation will usually be ready for you to arrive after 3pm hours. You should leave the property by 11am
- Rental by the night is possible except Easter and summer school holidays
